All vehicle purchases are subject to the following conditions:
- Vehicles are sold in their current condition as disclosed
- Full disclosure of known defects and condition is provided
- A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle
- Final sale is subject to complete payment and documentation
- Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received
4. Export Services
For international customers:
- Export fees, shipping costs, and duties are the buyer's responsibility
- We provide documentation support but do not guarantee import approval in destination countries
- Buyers are responsible for understanding their country's import requirements
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by transaction type:
- Deposits are typically non-refundable once a vehicle is reserved
- Full payment is required before vehicle release or shipping
- We accept wire transfer, certified cheque, and approved financing
- All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
6. Limitation of Liability
2-Way Motors Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.
